The Educational Assistants' Bargaining Unit (EABU) The Educational Assistants' Bargaining Unit (EABU) represents both Educational Assistants and Early Childhood Educators. Representing Educational Assistants working full-time, half-time and casual in elementary schools, in secondary schools and board office sites and also representing ECE's working in full day kindergarten classrooms and in the extended day program.
